Cancellation Policy
IdleSportsman and Nomadic Deckhands Boat Cleaning Service Policy At IdleSportsman Outfitters and Nomadic Deckhands, we take pride in delivering high-quality boat cleaning services with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. To ensure a smooth experience for both our clients and our team, we ask that you please review and acknowledge the following service policies: Liability Disclaimer While we take every precaution to protect your vessel and property, IdleSportsman Outfitters is not responsible for: Pre-existing damage or deterioration (e.g., oxidized gelcoat, cracking, peeling, or fading). Personal items left onboard during service. Damage resulting from faulty or aging boat components (e.g., trim, upholstery, hatches). We strongly recommend removing all personal and valuable items from your vessel before your scheduled service. Any visible pre-existing damage will be documented prior to starting work. Inconvenience & Cancellation Fee We understand that plans can change. However, to respect our scheduling and labor commitments: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $50 inconvenience fee, billed to your account. No-shows or unprepared boats (e.g., locked, inaccessible, or unsafe to work on) may also be subject to this fee. Travel & Fuel Surcharge IdleSportsman Outfitters and the Nomadic Deckhands serves a wide area. However, a travel surcharge may apply to locations that fall outside our standard service radius (typically 20 miles from our base location). This fee is based on distance and fuel costs and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept [insert payment methods: cash, card, Venmo, etc.]. By booking with IdleSportsman Outfitters or Nomadic Deckhands, you acknowledge and agree to these service terms.
